Refunds
Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in the same condition as you received it, unused and in original packaging. Products damaged through misuse, improper handling or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Returns and Refunds
When your returned item is received by us , we will inspect it and let you know we have received your returned item . We will also notify you whether your refund request was approved or rejected .

Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will send you an email to let you know if the refund was approved or not. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 2-3 business days depending on your bank or credit card company.
Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons the following items are not returnable:
Personal care items
Beauty Products |
Skincare products used
Used baby gear (clothes, equipment, etc.)
CLEARANCE ITEMS OR ITEMS ON SALE.

Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will send you a replacement or refund as soon as we can.
Exchange Policy 
We only accept exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need help, our support team will help you step by step.”
Shipping Back
If you get a damaged, defective or incorrect product, you may be charged for return postage. In some cases OUNIRA can provide free returns collection within UAE.
